How to Setup Waivers for Classes

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login

 

It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk

 

Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin

 

IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.

Step 1: Create Waiver Types

 

  1. Start by using the sidebar on the left of the screen to navigate to: Setup > Waivers > Waiver Types and click “Waiver Type”.
  2. Next, click “New Waiver Type”.
  3. Add the name and repeat the above until you have all Waiver types for your studio.

 

Step 2: Create Waiver

 

  1. Use the sidebar on the left of the screen to navigate to: Studio Manager > Waivers and click the “Waivers” option.
  2. Once the screen loads then click “New Waiver”.
  3. Now complete the following sections:
    1. Now add a subject for the waiver.
    2. Add the Waiver type, previously created
    3. Add the start and end dare for the Waiver
    4. Add the description for the Waiver (this is the Waiver policy information).
  4. Finally, click the “Save” button at the bottom right of the screen.

Step 3: Add Waivers to Classes

If you have already created your studio classes, then follow this step to then add Waivers to the classes you have created.

 

  1. Start by using the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Classes
  2. Click the “New Class” if you’re going to add a new class or click the class you’d like to edit.
  3. Scroll down the form to the section that says, “Assign Waiver” and click the dropdown.
  4. Now select the Waiver you’d like to add to that class.
  5. Finally, click the “Save” button at the bottom right of the screen.
