How to Setup Classes and Schedules
First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.
https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login
It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk
Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin
IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.
Step 1: Create your studio skills levels
- Start by using the left sidebar and navigate to: Setup > Classes > Skill Levels
- Click the “New Skill Level” button.
- Add the name of the skill level and then click the “Save” button.
- Repeat this process for every level you use for your studio.
Step 2: Create a class
- Using the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Location
- Click the “Add New Location” button.
- Add the following details to the form:
- Location name
- Phone number
- Google map address
- Working dates and open times
- Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right.
Step 3: Create a class
- Use the sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Classes
- Click the “New Class” button.
- Add class details
- Add Class name
- Add the start and end date (Which is when the class can be booked from and until it then is no longer available)
- Add the instructor for the class
- Add the location (If you have multiple locations)
- Add the skill level that the class is linked to
- Add class duration (in minutes)
- Add the capacity for the class
- Add if it is paid or a free class
- What the pay-as-you-go cost for the class
- Add how many tokens to deducted from a subscription
- Add the class rules
- Make sure to add the Waiver (Check out “How to create a waiver” if you haven’t already).
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom right.
- Repeat the above process for all classes that your studio runs.
Step 4: Adding classes to a schedule
Now that you have created your class, you’ll need to add them to your schedule.
- Start by using the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Schedule
- Click any of the calendar boxes to add a class to that day.
- Complete the following details:
- Choose the class from the dropdown (or add)
- Since the start and end date are automatic based on the day you select, you don’t need to change but you can if you’d like to change the date.
- Choose for how many weeks this class will repeat on the same day / time
- Minimum and maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at once
- Choose if you want notification for this class enabled.
- Click the “submit” button to add the class to the schedule.
