How to Setup Classes and Schedules

 

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login

 

It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk

 

Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin

 

IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.

 

Step 1: Create your studio skills levels

 

  1. Start by using the left sidebar and navigate to: Setup > Classes > Skill Levels
  2. Click the “New Skill Level” button.
  3. Add the name of the skill level and then click the “Save” button.
  4. Repeat this process for every level you use for your studio.

 

Step 2: Create a class

 

  1. Using the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Location
  2. Click the “Add New Location” button.
  3. Add the following details to the form:
    1. Location name
    2. Phone number
    3. Google map address
    4. Working dates and open times
  4. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right.

 

Step 3: Create a class

 

  1. Use the sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Classes
  2. Click the “New Class” button.
  3. Add class details
    1. Add Class name
    2. Add the start and end date (Which is when the class can be booked from and until it then is no longer available)
    3. Add the instructor for the class
    4. Add the location (If you have multiple locations)
    5. Add the skill level that the class is linked to
    6. Add class duration (in minutes)
    7. Add the capacity for the class
    8. Add if it is paid or a free class
    9. What the pay-as-you-go cost for the class
    10. Add how many tokens to deducted from a subscription
    11. Add the class rules
    12. Make sure to add the Waiver (Check out “How to create a waiver” if you haven’t already).
  4. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right.
  5. Repeat the above process for all classes that your studio runs.

 

 

Step 4: Adding classes to a schedule

Now that you have created your class, you’ll need to add them to your schedule.

 

  1. Start by using the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Schedule
  2. Click any of the calendar boxes to add a class to that day.
  3. Complete the following details:
    1. Choose the class from the dropdown (or add)
    2. Since the start and end date are automatic based on the day you select, you don’t need to change but you can if you’d like to change the date.
    3. Choose for how many weeks this class will repeat on the same day / time
    4. Minimum and maximum number of tickets that can be purchased at once
    5. Choose if you want notification for this class enabled.
  4. Click the “submit” button to add the class to the schedule.
