How to Setup PARQ Form

 

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login

 

It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk

 

Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin

 

IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.

 

Step 1: Create PARQ Form Using Template

 

  1. Use the left sidebar to navigate to Studio Manager > Flex Form Builder
  2. Click the “Pre-made Templates” button.
  3. Click the template that you’d like added to your account.
  4. Click “Use this template” button at the bottom right of the window.
  5. Modify the form fields to match anything extra you require.
  6. Click the “Design and Configuration” button at the top right.
  7. Scroll down to “Form Settings” and turn on:
    1. Integration with booking process??
    2. Form needs to be completed once it expires (if you require this to be completed periodically).
      1. If selected, then se the Expiry period and period number.
    3. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right.
    4. Finally, click “Publish” button at the top right corner.

 

 

Step 2: Create PARQ Form from Scratch

 

  1. Use the left sidebar to navigate to Studio Manager > Flex Form Builder
  2. Click the “New Form” button in the top right.
  3. Name the form.
  4. Use the right “Questions Block” to create the questions you want for your PARQ form.
  5. Click the “Design and Configuration” button at the top right.
  6. Scroll down to “Form Settings” and turn on:
    1. Integration with booking process??
    2. Form needs to be completed once it expires (if you require this to be completed periodically).
      1. If selected, then se the Expiry period and period number.
    3. Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right.
    4. Finally, click “Publish” button at the top right corner.

 

 

Once you have completed either route for creating a PARQ form, this form will now appear in the class booking process and will be required before class booking is complete.
