How to Setup your Profile
First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.
https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login
It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk
IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.
Step 1: Add your company details
- Using the left sidebar please click the “Setup” option at the bottom of the list.
- Now click the “Settings” option in the pop out sidebar.
- Finally, click the “general option if you haven’t.
- Now you are at general settings you will need to add the following:
- Company logo
- Company logo if on a dark background
- Company name
- Domain
- Click “Save” at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 2: Add company information
- Click the “Company Information” option below “General”.
- Complete the form section with the required information for your business.
- Click “Save” at the bottom right of the screen.
Step 3: Add your cancellation policy
- Scroll down to the bottom of the settings list and click “Cancellation Policy”.
- Add a subject and your cancellation policy to the description box.
- Click “Submit” below the form.
