How to Setup Achievements

 

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login

 

It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk

 

Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin

 

IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.

 

Step 1: Adding moves to achievements

 

  1. Use the left sidebar to navigate to Setup > Achievements
  2. Click the “New Achievements” button top left.
  3. Complete the following fields:
    1. Achievements name
    2. Skill level (this is the levels your studio uses to guage student’s abilities).
    3. Description
    4. How to achieve
    5. Order (the rank order of skills)
  4. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right of the screen.

 

Step 2: Achievement Settings

 

  1. Choose if you want to make the achievement badges visible or not.
  2. Choose what you want to happen once an achievement meets the criteria, automatically move students to next level.
  3. Set how many days after criteria achieved can student keep booking onto previous skill level.
  4. Select that students get notified once an achievement has been assigned.
