How to Create a Segment
First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

Step 1: Create a Segment
- Using the left sidebar, navigate to Lists > Segments.
- Click “Create segment” button at the top right.
- Name the segment.
- Choose what conditions you want to use:
- All: this will mean all conditions will need to be met for this segment to work.
- Any: This will mean if any of the conditions are correct then the segment will work.
- Click “add condition” button.
- Choose what condition you want to match against.
- TIP: You can add custom fields to your contacts which can then be used to create a condition to create the segment.
- Choose a how to condition is matched:
- Equal: is equal to this and is an exact match
- Not equal: This is not an exact match
- Contains: anywhere in the field this value is present
- Not contains: anywhere in the field this value is not present
- Starts with: The field starts with this value
- Ends with: Field ends with this value
- Not starts with: Doesn’t start with this value
- Not ends with: Doesn’t end with this value
- Greater than: Is greater numerically than this value
- Less than: Is less than this value
- Blank: is blank
- Not blank: Is not blank
- Whatever the value is that the condition needs to match against.
- Click the “Save” button at the bottom left.
