How to Create and Automation Sequence

 

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

Step 1: Create an Email Automation

 

  1. Navigate to automations using the left sidebar
  2. Click “Add new” button at the top right of the screen.
  3. Choose from one of the pre-built automation triggers.
  4. Choose a list from the dropdown

  5. Name the automation
  6. Now us the automation builder to create your custom automation. Here are some pointers and feature definitions:
    1. The + icon in the automation canvas is how you add new steps to the process. Options include:
      1. Send an email: Send an automated email
      2. Wait: Add a wait time before proceeding with a next action. For example: send a series of email, but only one per day
  • Evaluate a condition: Take actions when a condition is met. For example: a previous email is opened or clicked
  1. Operation: Perform an operation like: update/copy/move/tag contacts
  2. Outgoing webhook: Configure an Outgoing Webhook action within the automation builder in StudioPro Email
  1. TIP: I would always suggest that you map out the process on a Word document or something like Canva.

 

Step 2: Settings

 

  1. Use the right sidebar to modify the settings of automation.
  2. View insights.
  3. View statistics.
    1. Refresh the automation
    2. Filter the list
    3. Action
      1. Copy to a new list
      2. Tag those contacts
  • Trigger All
  1. Retry all failed actions
  1. View timeline
  1. Once you have finished setting up the automations you’ll need to click the “Paused” toggle button at the top right.

 

Congratulations!! You have created your first email automation.
