How to Create a Custom Field

 

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

Step 1: Create a Segment

 

  1. Using the left sidebar, navigate to Lists > Segments
  2. Click “Manage list fields” in the tabs along the top
  3. Use the buttons along the bottom under the title “New fields” to add a new field with the value type displayed on the buttons:
    1. Text: this is a text section
    2. Number: numbers are all you can add
    3. Dropdown: this creates a dropdown list
    4. Multiselect: this allows for a dropdown with multiple options to select
    5. Checkbox: tick box with multiple options
    6. Radio: tick box where you can only select one option
    7. Date: a date
    8. Datetime: a date and time
    9. Textarea: multiple line text area
    10. Phonenumber: a phone number
  4. Once you have finished adding your custom fields to a contact record, click the “Save Change” button at the bottom.
