How to Setup a Subscription Product and Integration with Stripe

How to Setup Subscriptions

First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.

https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login

It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk

Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin

IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.

Step 1: Create a Subscription Product

1. Using the left sidebar to navigate to: Products > Subscription Products.
2. Click the “New Product” button.
3. If you have not linked Stripe and Activated the payment gateway, then you will receive a notification at the top. Use the following guide to setup Stripe as your Payment Gateway: https://app.studiopro.uk/knowledge-base/article/how-to-setup-stripe-as-your-payment-gateway
4. Complete the setup form fields:
   1. Subscription name
   2. Description
   3. Enter the subscription cost in “Enter Amount”
   4. Billing plan (this is the product created in Stripe)
   5. Add Terms & Conditions
   6. Add product description
5. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right.
6. Repeat this process for all your subscriptions.

Step 2: Add subscription product to class

1. Use the left sidebar to navigate to: Studio Manager > Classes
2. Choose the class you want to add the subscription to or click and edit a class you want to add the subscription to.
3. Scroll to the section called “ Subscription Product” and select the subscription you have created.
4. Click the “Save” button at the bottom right of the form.
