How to Create a Custom Form
First, go to the following address and login to your StudioPro account.
https://app.studiopro.uk/admin/authentication/login
It is important that when you try to login to your admin account that you have the /admin/ at the end of www.studiopro.uk
Example: www.studiopro/admin or www.studiopro/yourtag/admin
IMPORTANT: If you’d rather not read the process then you can either watch how to do this or when you login to your account there is a “Tour Guide” which you can use to follow the process.
Step 1: Create Form from Scratch
- Use the left sidebar to navigate to Studio Manager > Flex Form Builder
- Click the “New Form” button.
- Modify the form fields to match anything extra you require.
- Click the “Design and Configuration” button at the top right.
- Scroll down to “Form Settings” and turn on:
- Make sure that the “End Date” is in the future before publishing.
- Set who should be notified if form is submitted.
- Click the “Save Changes” button at the bottom right.
- Finally, click “Publish” button at the top right corner.
Step 2: Integrate to your website
- While editing the form click “Share” button at the top right.
- Either copy the link and add to a button on your website or copy the iframe code and embed on your website.
Once you have completed either route for creating a PARQ form, this form will now appear in the class booking process and will be required before class booking is complete.
